Synopsis

Following the death of his sister, Zoli has to take on dangerous illegal online challenges to be able to provide for his niece and ill nephew, Laci. When Laci’s condition suddenly becomes worse, Zoli has to accept a challenge that might cost his life.

Director's biography

Edit Nagyistók is a young director based in Budapest, Hungary. She is most interested in individual dramas found within the fabric of social issues. After her BA filmmaking studies, she completed MA studies as second unit/action director. Her first short film Fratrum won Special Jury Prize at the 44th Hungarian Film Week in 2025, her second short Fallow has been selected to film festivals around Hungary.
