Synopsis

A story about a couple whose autistic son, Bozhidar, disappears into the forest—just after his mother, Maria, in a moment of emotional breakdown, wishes he would vanish. Тhe parents as they face their greatest challenge, not only with their child, but with each other and themselves.

Director's biography

Kristian Georgiev was born in 2002 in Elin Pelin, Bulgaria. After graduating from a vocational high school for telecommunications, he was accepted into the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA) in Sofia, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Directing. Kristian has been making short films since the age of eleven, turning a childhood passion into a dedicated artistic path. Alongside his studies, he has worked professionally as an editor and assistant in various film and television productions. He has directed several music videos, commercials, and short documentaries.
