Synopsis

A short hybrid documentary about Dujo, a young student who must quickly find a new place to live after being abruptly evicted by his landlord, all while trying to continue his studies in the big city.

Through a blend of staged scenes and real-life interactions with landlords, filmed by the protagonist, the film deals with the sharp rise of rent prices in Croatia's capital city.

Director's biography

Marko Plejić, born on September 5, 1997. in Split, Croatia, is a documentary and experimental filmmaker. He started as a television journalist before graduating from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Zagreb. He is currently obtaining a masters degree in directing of documentary film at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb.
